I placed a preorder in February. When will I receive it? 

All preorders will ship together early March. 


How can I check my order status, are there any updates? 

As soon as our preorders are ready, they will be dispatched and you will receive a shipping confirmation email from with the tracking information. Until then, we appreciate your patience while our small team of seamstresses complete the dresses :)


Can I cancel a preorder?

As per our store policy, we do not allow orders to be canceled once they are confirmed and this applies to preorders as well because they are individually made-to-order. If you would like to return your item(s) for a store credit after you've received it, please click here for the additional information.


What happens if the item(s) I ordered do not fit?

Preorder items are eligible for a store credit return. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend communicating with us via email or live chat prior to placing an order - we'll be happy to assist you!


Can I make changes to my shipping address?

If you are moving or would like to make changes to your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and new address. We can make changes to the address prior to the order's dispatch. Make sure to include a full name, address and phone number!


Can I upgrade my shipping method? 

If you would like to change your shipping method to an express service, please communicate with us as soon as possible. We will send you an invoice via email which will need to be paid prior to us shipping out the order.
