Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted on both sale and regular priced items. All exchanges must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date. Item(s) must be in original unused condition and all tags attached, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included. Please be sure to take care when trying on swimwear, as we do not accept exchanges for swimwear that has stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of exchanges, any shipping fees will be payable by the customer. 

Returns

Returns are accepted on both sale and regular priced items. All returns will be refunded as a store credit only. Returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date. Item(s) must be in original unused condition and all tags attached, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included. Please be sure to take care when trying on swimwear, as we do not accept returns for swimwear that has stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour.

- Please note that we do not cover the cost of exchanges or returns, any shipping fees will be payable by the customer. 

- Please note that we are not responsible for any customs, duties and/or taxes owing on return shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to pay any fees prior to the goods being delivered to us. Any package arriving with an owing amount will be declined and returned to the sender (you). 

- Please note that we do not offer order cancellations - if you would like to make modifications to the order, please email us at hello@quatreswim.com as soon as possible.
