Ship your parcel back to the address we'll provide via email. We recommend sending your parcel back via trackable mail, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit;
Once we receive and approve your return, we will email you your store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide. This credit has no expiry.
Please email email@example.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
