• Items are returned within 30 days of delivery;
• The item is returned unworn, undamaged, in all original packaging with all tags still attached.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

1. If the item(s) you wish to return meet the above requirements, click here to get started; 

2. Ship your parcel back to the address we'll provide via email. We recommend sending your parcel back via trackable mail, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit;

3. Once we receive and approve your return, we will email you your store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide. This credit has no expiry. 

IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM:

• Please email hello@quatreswim.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

* Please note refunds will only be issued if the item cannot be replaced

KINDLY MAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:

• For exchanges, please note that we will issue a store credit for you to reorder the requested item(s). You will be able to change the shipping address and shipping method, if needed;

• We do not offer order cancellations - if you would like to make modifications to the order, please email us at hello@quatreswim.com as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate your request. This policy also applies to pre-orders;

• Quatre Swim is not responsible for stolen packages. Only packages deemed 'lost' by the shipping carrier will be replaced;

• Quatre Swim monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our policies. We reserve the right to refuse this service to anyone.
