Q: I just placed an order. What happens if my swimsuit does not fit?
A: In addition to our size guide, we offer assistance via email or live chat to help you choose the best size. We highly recommend reaching out to us if you are unsure about your sizing.

Q: Can I adjust my swimsuit?
A: Our Launch 001 tops feature adjustable straps and removable padding! Our Launch 002 sets are fully adjustable - top and bottom.
Q: Will my swimsuit's colour differ from its product pictures?
A: While we try our best to accurately display and represent our swimwear's true colour via photography, the shades you see may vary based on your monitor, screen quality and lighting. A slight discrepancy between the colours you see on the website and the colour of products you receive may occur.

Pre-orders
Q: Are pre-orders eligible for exchanges?
A: Of course! Our pre-orders are considered the same as our regular orders.
Q: How will I know my pre-order is ready?
A: Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email will be sent as soon as your new swimsuit leaves our studio! Keep in mind that pre-order shipment dates are estimates and can vary depending on our shipments. Any delay updates will be available on our homepage.

Q: Will I be charged customs and/or duties for my swimwear?
A: While our shipments are not typically subject to customs or duties, we cannot guarantee your parcel will arrive without added fees. Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact their local customs bureau for more information prior to placing an order. We are not responsible for customs and/or duties.
