Customer Care Associate (Part-Time) QUATRE

   

Overview

As a customer care associate, your goal will be to create exceptional experiences for our clientele through prompt, genuine and friendly service. You will:

 

  • Develop, manage and maintain strong customer relationships through outstanding and consistent customer experiences;
  • Apply problem-solving skills to ensure clients are happy;
  • Acquire and refine your knowledge of the store’s policies and products to answer customer enquiries without assistance

 

Job Description

  • Assist clients in finding the right size using their measurements and our size guide;
  • Answer all enquiries related to the company, future purchases or existing orders;
  • Manage order exchanges and returns using our store policy;
  • Keep the email inbox organized at all times;
  • Weekly reports of the enquiries, report to management 

 

Qualifications

We are not looking for specific experience or qualifications for this position - we’ll teach you what you need to know. We look for hustle, passion and ability to think quickly. This position is for you if you:

   

  • Have outstanding communication skills;
  • Pay close attention to detail;
  • Are outgoing and have a passion for exceptional service;
  • Learn quickly and have intermediate to advanced computer skills;
  • Have advanced reading and writing skills in English, ideal candidate is fluently bilingual;
  • Are based in Montreal, Canada
