Customer Care Associate (Part-Time) — QUATRE
Overview
As a customer care associate, your goal will be to create exceptional experiences for our clientele through prompt, genuine and friendly service. You will:
- Develop, manage and maintain strong customer relationships through outstanding and consistent customer experiences;
- Apply problem-solving skills to ensure clients are happy;
- Acquire and refine your knowledge of the store’s policies and products to answer customer enquiries without assistance
Job Description
- Assist clients in finding the right size using their measurements and our size guide;
- Answer all enquiries related to the company, future purchases or existing orders;
- Manage order exchanges and returns using our store policy;
- Keep the email inbox organized at all times;
- Weekly reports of the enquiries, report to management
Qualifications
We are not looking for specific experience or qualifications for this position - we’ll teach you what you need to know. We look for hustle, passion and ability to think quickly. This position is for you if you:
- Have outstanding communication skills;
- Pay close attention to detail;
- Are outgoing and have a passion for exceptional service;
- Learn quickly and have intermediate to advanced computer skills;
- Have advanced reading and writing skills in English, ideal candidate is fluently bilingual;
- Are based in Montreal, Canada
