- Items are returned within 30 days of delivery;
- The item is returned unworn, undamaged, in all original packaging with all tags still attached.

Ship your parcel back to the address we'll provide via email. We recommend sending your parcel back via trackable mail, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit;

Once we receive and approve your return, we will email you your store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide. This credit has no expiry.
IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM:

Please email hello@quatreswim.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
