Absolutely! We are always available and happy to assist with sizing inquires via live chat, email or Instagram direct message.

We begin processing orders as soon as they come in and the shipping label is automatically purchased. For this reason, we are unable to alter the requested items or cancel orders. Please make sure to check the sizing and shipping address prior to placing an order. In the event that a mistake is made, please contact us immediately - we will always try our best to resolve the issue. 

We are unable to offer price adjustments and cannot apply discount codes to orders after they have been placed.

Shipping

We are based in Montreal, Canada and all orders ship from here. 

We offer different shipping options for US, Canada and International orders. 

  

US: Standard shipping (Free) or Express 1-2 business days (18$)

 

Canada: Standard shipping (Free) or Express 1-2 business days (12$)

 

International: Standard shipping (14$ or free over 120$) or Express 2-6 business days (42$)

Duties, customs and taxes are included in all our standard shipping options. For express options, we cannot guarantee that these additional costs will be included as it varies per location and shipping carrier. 

Express shipping orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship the same day. If the order is placed after 12 PM EST, it will ship the following business day. Please not that we do not ship orders out on weekends. If you need the order by a specific date or faster than the options available at checkout, please contact us prior to placing the order - we will be able to find custom shipping rates tailored to your needs.

We try our best to get orders placed before 12 PM EST shipped out the same business day. During sale, our small team kindly asks for 1-2 business days to process orders. Please note that express orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship the following business day and we are unable to process orders on weekends. 

As soon as your package ships, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours to see a first shipping update or scan.

  

All shipping methods come with a tracking number. 

For US orders shipped with our free standard shipping option, the delivery window is 3-5 business days via USPS. 2-day Express and overnight options are also available ($). 

   

For Canadian orders shipped with our free standard shipping option, the delivery window is 4-6 business days via Canada Post. 2-day Express and overnight options are also available ($). 

  

For all International orders shipped with our standard shipping option, the delivery window is 8-12 business days. Please note that the shipping carrier may vary. 

Exchanges

To initiate your return or exchange, please click here.

By placing an order with a discount greater or equal to 20% off, you agree to the return policy being for an exchange or store credit only. Please note that we currently offer over 20 swim and 14 ready-to-wear options and our customer care team will be happy to help you find the right fit.

 

We can be reached by live chat, email or Instagram direct message Monday through Sunday between 9 AM and 5 PM EST - drop us a line!

When you are sending back your return or exchange, we highly recommend choosing a shipping service that includes a tracking number. This will facilitate the process and help in the unlikely event that the package gets lost in transit. 

When you've received the exchange instructions email and send out your return, we will not begin processing the exchange until we see an update on the return tracking. Once we see the first scan showing that the return items are in transit, we will reserve your requested items.

 

As soon as we receive the shipment, we will inspect the items and you will receive an email from us stating whether or not they meet our requirements. If they do, we will ship out your new item(s) and you will receive the tracking number by email. 

Returns and exchanges are easy for our Australia / New Zealand customers! We've partnered with a fulfilment center in WA and you'll be able to send your items back to their address for faster processing times!

Returns

We want you to love your new Quatre Swim. If you change your mind about your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, we’ll be happy to help you with a return or exchange. 

  

Please note that the items must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them in - stains, odours and other signs of wear will not be accepted. All original tags must also be attached.

Please note that orders placed with our 40$ first order store credit are eligible for exchange or store credit only. The store 40$ store credit will be returned to you for a future purchase. 

We deduct restocking fees for returns being refunded to your original payment method. If you opt for store credit, no restocking fees will apply.

  

For orders over 75$, a 10$ restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 

For orders under 75$, a 16$ restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
